Incorporated in 2012, TFS Total Financing Solutions Inc. was founded by born and raised Vancouverite Sunil Prasad. Beginning his career as a stock investor, Sunil studied and quickly learned how to prudently manage investments in an ever-changing market while still producing exceptional returns. Sunil eventually migrated into the real estate investment industry. Entrenched in the Vancouver market, Sunil began actively purchasing, renovating, and flipping homes with consistent, profitable success.
Fast-forward to today, TFS has been rebranded as Avantus Financial Inc., and provides reliable and passionate service for individuals looking for private mortgages and to families in need of financing so they can build the home they always dreamed of.
Headquartered in Vancouver, Avantus Financial Inc. is dedicated to providing the absolute best service of any brokerage in the region. About our founder.
Sunil Prasad is a passionate leader who is in his element when it comes to business. As an avid entrepreneur, Sunil believes that success simply comes from learning about yourself and putting in the work.
His story begins as a small boy who failed grade two. He took this early academic disappointment and turned it into the fuel he needed to find the success he has today. In doing so, he conditioned himself to become the boy - and later the man - who proved everyone wrong.
In his early 20’s, Sunil started an investment company which held stocks, bonds, and real estate. Growing steadily with the market, Sunil founded TFS Total Financing Solutions Inc. which focuses on commercial, construction, private, and business lending within the Canadian Market. In July of 2021, TFS Total Financing Solutions Inc. was rebranded to Avantus Financial Inc.
The fundamental component of his success is working with people on a deeper, personal level and maintaining values of openness, honesty, and authenticity. Knowing what is important to you is important to him. His primary focus is the success of the client. And with a true love of life and passion for excellence, Sunil utilizes his leadership skills to confront any challenge.
