PODCAST: Vancouver's Commercial Real Estate Industry with Robert Tham

Today's guest is Robert Tham from Corbel Commercial Real Estate Services, a commercial real estate brokerage based out of Vancouver.

He's got a great backstory on growing up in East Van and eventually starting his own brokerage, and offers a lot of insight into the current state of the commercial (and residential) real estate industry in Vancouver at the moment, as well as offering up advice for those looking to begin investing in real estate.

Even though the real estate talk revolves around Vancouver for the most part, I think it should still provide value for those in the real estate & mortgage industries looking to start their own firm or take their game to the next level. Thanks for the chat Robert!
